Sorry for being M.I.A lately.

the wonderful people that I had the fortune of interviewing and hiring are now out of training and "working".
What that actually means is they are sitting at their desks new and scared and asking me (and of course my co-managers) every single question they are asked, whether they know the answer or not.
Which means I am running like crazy.
Because, like most jobs, there's no rest for the weary and there are no adjustments made to my regular duties just because I have new hires.

Let it also be known that somewhere during training, that motivated, "I want to be the best I can be at my new job" interview persona has worn off and I am slowly getting to know the "real" person behind the representative that showed up for the interview.
Suffice to say, I think we might have made 1 or 2 miscalculations.
We shall see...

Anyway my postings will be even more sporadic than normal for a couple of weeks.
And I have 2pac and Scarface's "Smile" in heavy rotation.
Hopefully I wont be forced to change it to "Hit'em up".
